How to Exercise Your Rights

1. Through Your Account

Most rights can be exercised directly through your profile settings:

  • Download your data (JSON format)
  • Update your personal information
  • Manage consent preferences
  • Delete your account

Data Retention

  • Account Data: Retained until account deletion + 30 days for backup cleanup
  • API Configurations: Deleted with account
  • Usage Analytics: Anonymized after 12 months
  • Consent Records: Retained for 3 years for legal compliance

⚠️ Important Notice

If you withdraw consent for required agreements (Terms of Service, Privacy Policy), your access to the platform will be restricted until you re-accept them. This is necessary because we cannot provide the service without a legal basis for processing your data.
