How to Exercise Your Rights

Most rights can be exercised directly through your profile settings:
- Download your data (JSON format)
- Update your personal information
- Manage consent preferences
- Delete your account

Data Retention
- Account Data: Retained until account deletion + 30 days for backup cleanup
- API Configurations: Deleted with account
- Usage Analytics: Anonymized after 12 months
- Consent Records: Retained for 3 years for legal compliance
⚠️ Important Notice
If you withdraw consent for required agreements (Terms of Service, Privacy Policy), your access to the platform will be restricted until you re-accept them. This is necessary because we cannot provide the service without a legal basis for processing your data.
